Dealipedia is a new website from Mike Robertson, the creator of MP3.com. Dealipedia will use the wiki format popularized by Wikipedia to cover the often secret world of mergers, acquisitions, and other business deals. The goal is to help VC’s and entrepreneurs understand what goes on behind the scenes using the Wisdom of Crowds to vet the rumors, and get the real scoop via anonymous posters. And unlike Dow Jones or Dunn & Bradstreet, Dealipedia will be completely free .

Looks like Microsoft underestimated the popularity of the Zune, its second generation answer to the iPod. On the other hand, if you’re one of the ones affected, your Zune is free, so there you go.

Looking for a good CD/DVD burner that won’t break your budget? We’ve got a link to a list of the top alternatives to Nero’s pricey CD/DVD burner. From CDBurnerXP to InstaBurn, each of these are feature rich and, you guessed it . . . free. :-)

Want to make a few bucks in your spare time? Or maybe you just like testing software. Either way, uTest is a new site that pays users to test applications and find bugs. When you signup, you get all the free utilities you need to log the bugs you discover. Be warned though — they only pay per bug found. So if you spend the day playing with a new application and find nothing wrong with it, you don’t get paid.
