The online image editing tool Picnik is letting users have full access to their image editing software completely for free. You can edit images in all the major browsers and operating systems, and it integrates seamlessly with all your favorite social networks, including Flickr and Photobucket. You can even download a Firefox plugin that will let you edit any image on any webpage just with a single click.

Facebook is planning on doing a massive redesign of their website- planning to make the main webpages identical to it’s iPhone version, slimming it down and removing clutter. There is some bad news for application developers, the new layout removes application lists that used to be on everyone’s profile page.

Squidoo has released a new tool for lensmasters- Squidaholic. With a quick search you can find out who has been talking about your lens, discussing it and linking to it.

Social networking is now in the nursery with the release of Totspot, the social networking site for moms and their newborn babies. Like all other social networking sites, you create a profile and then make friends and extend your network. Since Totspot is targeted at mothers, they can also make profiles for their children as well. What’s next? A social networking site for cat owners?
