Donation Dashboard – BlogRovR – Google Video – Cure Childhood Cancer – Free Line Report 4.25.08

TeachStreet is a new website that lets you search for local teachers and classes on just about any subject matter imaginable. It’s free and easy for instructors, coaches, and even schools to set up profiles. The current public beta version only lists classes in Seattle, Washington…but expect this site to expand very quickly.

Google Video underwent a makeover earlier this week. The newest updates are mostly cosmetic: you’ll now have the choice to look for videos in a grid or a TV view.

Google’s personalized homepage, iGoogle, just took baby steps into becoming a full-fledged social network.

FireFox has introduced a new plugin that can save you time: it’s called BlogRovR. After you install the plugin, the BlogRovR application takes a peek at the page you’re on, and then suggests related blogs you can visit in a snap.

Donation Dashboard is a new website out of UC Berkeley that takes an Amazon Suggest-approach to fundraising. When you sign up, it asks you to rate several non-profit organizations. After you’ve done that, it returns a list of organizations that the system thinks would interest you.
